About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting the operational team in achieving their goals. We seek a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and is organized in their approach. While prior experience in administration or operations is advantageous, motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply for this full-time or part-time position.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Durg drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
