About the role

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is able to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities may include data entry, document management, and supporting other departments as needed. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in administrative or operational roles, although motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Gangtok drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
