About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive in Godhra to efficiently manage daily backend operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This full-time or part-time position offers a salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month and requires in-person attendance at our Godhra office.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Godhra drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
