About the role
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month, and the role is based on-site in Gurugram.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Gurugram drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
