About the role

This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can effectively manage various backend tasks with minimal supervision. You will assist in ensuring smooth operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team. We welcome candidates with prior experience in administrative or operational roles; however, motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Hathras drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
