About the role

This position requires an organized individual who can handle various administrative tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will assist in managing records, processing orders, and coordinating with different departments to support business functions. Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Jorhat drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
