About the role

This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently while ensuring smooth operational processes. You will be involved in various administrative tasks that are essential for supporting the overall efficiency of our business. We welcome applicants with prior experience in administrative or operations roles, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Kullu drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
