About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and processing data, maintaining records, and supporting daily operational tasks. This is a full-time or part-time position, requiring in-person work in Madurai.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Madurai drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
