About the role

This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently while maintaining attention to detail. You will be tasked with various administrative duties that support the overall efficiency of the team. Ideal candidates will have experience in administrative or operational roles, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Malegaon drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
