About the role

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication between departments. Prior experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well. This full-time position offers a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month and requires in-person work at our Mumbai location.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Mumbai drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
