As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth backend operations within our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining accurate records. What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Nangal drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
