About the role

This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently and efficiently. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply as well.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Orai drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
