About the role

As a Back Office Executive, you will assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and support various departments to enhance overall efficiency. Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Pala drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
