About the role

This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can work independently and efficiently. You will be tasked with various administrative duties, including data entry, record keeping, and assisting with operational tasks as needed. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in administrative or operations roles, although motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Palanpur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
