About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive in Panaji to oversee essential backend operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible, organized, and capable of working independently while supporting various administrative tasks. This full-time or part-time position requires on-site work in Panaji, Goa, with a monthly salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Panaji drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
