As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to various departments as needed. We welcome candidates with prior experience in administrative or operational roles, although motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Ranchi drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
