About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting various departments to ensure efficiency across operations. We are seeking an organized individual who can work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks. While prior experience in administrative or operational roles is preferred, motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Siddipet drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
