- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Visakhapatnam drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
