Apprentice - HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented apprentice to support our Human Resources (HR) Operations team with day-to-day HR activities, employee support, data management, and coordination.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day HR Operations activities and help ensure smooth employee experience
• Coordinate with employees and cross-functional teams on HR-related activities and requests
• Assist with employee onboarding and other HR processes to ensure timely coordination and follow-ups
• Maintain and manage HR records, documents, and data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support data management, cleaning, and basic reporting using Excel and Google Sheets
