We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in our Noida/Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional multitasking abilities. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop one to two recruiters providing guidance on best practices, process improvements and professional development
• Consult and strategize with hiring leaders to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
• Create a positive candidate experience during the recruiting process by providing timely feedback and updates and other tactics
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, past candidates, and current employees, and cultivate referrals
• Strong sourcing background using various methods and technology
