You won’t just observe how a global bank operates – you'll help power it. In Operations, you sit at the heart of how we deliver for our clients each day. You’ll work on live processes, support real transactions and help ensure our clients’ needs are met accurately, effectively, and safely. Take ownership of meaningful assignments that impact real clients

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day processing activities to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Assist in resolving client queries and improving service outcomes
• Track key metrics and maintain data to support reporting and decision-making
• Support managers in overseeing transactions and meeting payment obligations
• Learn how operational risk and controls work – and help ensure we meet regulatory and policy requirements
