APQP Program Quality Engineer (Battery, Product & Integration)

About the role

You'll be working with New Product Development — a group that runs on coffee and an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. Break stuff, break assumptions, break the thumb rule. Believe in the team, the process, and through failures. Build fast, build passionately, build to simplify.

What you'll do

• Own and track APQP gate readiness across battery, product, and integration programs (POC through SOP+)
• Ensure DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, and DVP steps are genuinely validated, not just filed, before gate sign-off
• Flag skipped or shallow validation to the Function Lead before it compounds into a later-stage problem
• Sit embedded inside the battery, product, and integration program team as the process quality anchor
• Track quality action items across the program timeline and drive them to closure

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• APQP
• Root cause analysis
• FMEA
• IATF 16949
• B.Tech or B.E.
