What you'll do

• Manage end‑to‑end credit and collections operations, ensuring timely cash collections and achievement of DSO and overdue targets
• Responsible for O2C month-end closing responsibilities globally
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce days sales outstanding (DSO), and drive additional value for the entity
• Drive effective resolution of overdue balances, disputes, deductions, and unapplied cash
• Act as the primary escalation point for high‑risk customers, complex collection issues, and critical business exposures
