AR Associate Analyst

About the role

The AR Associate Analyst supports the revenue cycle management (RCM) process by assisting in claims follow-up, documentation, and resolution of outstanding insurance balances. Under supervision, the AR Associate Analyst will perform claim status checks, research basic denials, and help ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.

What you'll do

• Assist in checking claim status with payers via calls, IVR, or payer web portals
• Accurately document claim activity in client software, maintaining audit-ready records
• Support post-call analysis and record after-call actions as directed
• Review available documentation such as EOBs, authorization notes, and medical records under guidance
