What you'll do

• The Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including billing, invoicing, and customer support
• The Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist will work across functions to ensure proper recording and processing for their billing sector
• This position requires heavy invoicing to shipment reconciliations and high regard for accuracy
• Daily invoicing to customers based on customer purchase orders, shipping reports, receivable reports and contracts
• Exposure to complex billing structures a must
