Associate, Mobility and Employment Tax

About the role

This is a global advisory role supporting BlackRock's cross-border workforce programs, employment tax risk management, global compensation reporting governance and strategic Mobility & Employment Tax initiatives. The role is positioned for an experienced professional who can provide technical judgment, manage complex stakeholder discussions and support practical, risk-balanced outcomes across multiple jurisdictions.

What you'll do

• Mobility & Employment Tax Advisory
• Provide advisory support on international assignments, permanent transfers, business traveler compliance
• Assess employment tax, payroll withholding, reporting and social security implications arising from workforce mobility, business initiatives and regulatory developments
• Advise on the employment tax implications of equity compensation and stock incentive programs, including RSUs, stock options, ESPPs and cross-border vesting events
• Review complex cross-border scenarios and recommend practical, risk-balanced solutions for business and employee stakeholders
