ARC Analyst -Accounting & Reporting Analyst

About the role

The ARC Analyst is accountable for ensuring accurate and timely payroll accounting, reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, employee taxation activities, and payroll-related financial reporting while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures operational excellence, strong controls, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll accounting activities (i.e., payroll journal postings, GL maintenance, payroll accruals, system postings
• Support timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting by ensuring proper accounting and disclosure of payroll-related transactions in compliance…
• Manage monthly and quarterly payroll close activities and ensure timelines are adhered to
• Perform analytical reviews of payroll costs, employee benefits, provisions, and statutory liabilities to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support timely and accurate compilation of payroll-related tax accounts, employee taxation records, statutory returns, and audit schedules
