Architect II - VLSI

About the role

Owns end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction. We are looking an experienced Analog Layout lead. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end Analog Layout projects, leading large engineering teams, driving customer engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, and supporting business growth across global semiconductor customers.

What you'll do

• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams of Analog Layout Engineers, Technical Leads, and Delivery Managers
• Drive resource planning, utilization, forecasting, and capacity management across projects
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and engineering best practices
• Manage project risks, escalations, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, solution proposals, and technical presentations

What you need
