About the role

Overview The Knowledge Management Insights & Analytics analyst is responsible for supporting the analytics capability within the Knowledge Management Center of Excellence (KM COE). This role transforms KM data into actionable insights that drive adoption, improve content quality, inform investment decisions, and demonstrate business value.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary owner of KM performance measurement and reporting Develop and maintain KPI frameworks that measure adoption, engagement, content quality
• Responsible for supporting the analytics capability within the Knowledge Management Center of Excellence (KM COE)

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Analytics
• Dashboarding
• Portfolio management
• Any graduate
