Architect

About the role

12-15 years of experience in architectural design, design management, or project coordination within the real estate/development industry, of which at least 5 years developer-side rather than in consultancy practice. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit / BIM and SketchUp; comfortable with document-control and project-management systems.

What you'll do

• Oversee design development, coordination, and approval of all drawings, specifications, and consultant deliverables before tendering or construction
• Support land acquisition and feasibility studies through market benchmarking, FSI optimization, product planning, and development potential assessments
• Ensure compliance with DCPR, MahaRERA, NBC, fire, environmental, aviation, and other statutory requirements while maximizing development potential
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization without compromising design quality, customer experience, or project objectives
• Provide construction-stage design support, conduct site reviews, approve mock-ups and materials, resolve design issues, and ensure adherence to design intent
