About the role

Oversee the sourcing and growth of Two-Wheeler loan business within the state. Manage and motivate frontline sales BDMs and foster relationships with dealers, DSAs, and strategic partners. Ensure excellent customer service and compliance adherence. Prioritize quality sourcing and actively push cross-selling of liability and additional banking products to strengthen the portfolio.

What you'll do

• Onboard and manage Dealers & DSAs to expand business sourcing
• Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective products across the state
• Drive state-level profitability by monitoring key metrics
• Conduct financial analysis of clients and markets, identify risks, and optimize accordingly
• Maintain a robust business pipeline with high activity
