About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales leader to drive vaccine business growth within an assigned region. This role is responsible for business building, demand generation, demand fulfillment, people leadership, and compliance while achieving regional sales objectives.
What you'll do
- Prepare regional beat plans, allocate targets, monitor performance, and drive secondary sales growth
- Lead onboarding and capability development of Territory Business Managers (TBMs)
- Provide strategic inputs for territory planning, long-term growth, and business expansion
- Manage stockist appointments and ensure adherence to approved SOPs
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned vaccine portfolio
