About the role

Achieving assigned Area/TBM wise sales target Support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy.

What you'll do

  • Facilitate Team members to achieve their Territory wise
  • Coaching TBM on various on the Job aspects
  • Developing TBMs field effectiveness
  • Monitoring of effort parameter and execution of strategies
  • Monitoring Brand wise & Value wise Month on Month Sales progression

What you need
