Area Business Manager

About the role

You will lead commercial activities across a defined area in India, managing a small field team to deliver measurable business results. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, translate local insights into focused plans, and work closely with cross-functional partners.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of field colleagues to achieve sales targets and high-quality customer engagement
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clinicians, hospital teams and other healthcare decision makers
• Plan and execute territory activities that reflect local needs and company priorities
• Monitor team performance and field activities, providing regular feedback and joint fieldwork
• Analyse sales and market data to identify opportunities and shape local action plans

What you need
