About the role

Expand new market areas and increase sales volume by building a strong network of Distributors & Dealers Suggest new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Supervise & Monitor effective market visits of the team members to existing and potential customers in the area to increase the sales

What you'll do

• Prepare an Annual Sales Plan in alliance with the Organizational goal and develop sales & promotion strategies to achieve the same
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the regions
• Supervise & Monitor effective market visits of the team members to existing and potential customers in the area to increase the sales
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Keep Strict financial control in the region & maintain financial discipline in the market

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• Sales
• Any graduate
