Area Business Manager-Retail

About the role

To drive regional sales as per targets of Titan by managing company‑owned and franchisee store networks within the assigned geographical area together with delivering high‑quality service to customers.

What you'll do

• Manage relationships with franchise partners and act as the primary point of contact for operational and business matters
• Monitor franchise store performance, profitability and ROI achievement
• Support franchise expansion by evaluating markets, locations, and potential franchise partners
• Drive compliance with company standards, policies, and business objectives
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across stores through coordination with cross-functional teams
