About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager to join our team at Tanishq in Chandigarh. As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of our Tanishq stores in the Chandigarh region.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share
• Manage and mentor a team of store managers and sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute promotional activities and product launches
