About the role

Portfolio Management in a Metro/Non-Metro Market in accordance with the Business Plan Execute the region's collection strategy, monitor performance, and provide feedback to NCM. Manage Credit Loss/Collection Efficacy and Recovery/Portfolio Health Indicators/Productivity and Cost Coordinate with legal Manage the achievement of CD level Resolution, Nrm, and Rb targets based on the operating plan.
