About the role

Ensure that all his DRAs are trained & Certified as per regulatory requirement Review of teams performance in terms of targets vs actual and guide for necessary optimisation Tracking & Controlling the delinquency of the area, bucket wise, dpd wise and focus on Non-starters for TW Product Regular follow up with delinquent customers through a dedicated team

What you'll do

• Review of teams performance in terms of targets vs actual and guide for necessary optimisation
• Tracking & Controlling the delinquency of the area, bucket wise, dpd wise and focus on Non-starters for TW Product

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
