  • Responsible for Bkt Collection, w-off recovery, sale of asset and recovery on Loss on Sale in Auto Loans portfolio
  • Managing a Team of Collection Managers
  • Ensuring adequate manpower for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms
  • Ensuring Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated
  • Specific focus on Non starters and revenue collection
