About the role

To prepare credit note / financial model with correct information (gathered via business team / public domain / other resources) Structure the transaction in a feasible manner complying with internal credit policy and regulatory framework. Capture critical analysis of the Business/ Promoters / Industry /financials and other specific risk w.r.t. particular transaction.

What you'll do

• Handle responsibilities mapped to profile of Area Credit Manager
• Handling and evaluating/ assessing CAM Note as well financial model submitted by Business Team
• Prepare credit note / financial model with correct information (gathered via business team / public domain / other resources)
• Prepare the credit note comprising of the detailed transaction structuring/ assessment with a focus on the assessment part of the sought credit facility
• Identify relevant and associated risk as aforementioned and submit appropriate mitigate against each

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Credit appraisal
• Financial analysis
• Financial modelling
• Excel
• Cash flow
• Financial statements
• Any graduate
