Area Development Manager (Gujrat & MP)

About the role

This role will focus on managing existing channel partners, onboarding new ones, and driving automation-related projects. The candidate will be responsible for market development, pricing strategy, product mix management, and exploring new opportunities within the region.

What you'll do

• Drive revenue growth through system integrators and security solution sales for Yale Home Automation products in the Gujarat/MP region
• Manage performance of existing channel partners; identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners in line with business objectives
• Ensure efficient stock and pricing management, with a focus on distributor secondary sales
• Design and execute channel-specific promotional schemes with necessary approvals, track and report scheme performance
• Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors in line with company payment terms to maintain a healthy cash flow
