Area Fiber Trainer

About the role

Provide support in performance enhancement of middle quartile resources through coaching & mentoring. Identify training need, ensure training delivery and program management for the field sales force on weekly basis for UJPM & HSO. Provide on-the-job interventions i.e Buddy rides, Audits, Coaching. Conduct regular cadence with the field teams.

What you'll do

What you need

• 4–5 yrs of experience
