Area Incharge - Weaving Maintenance (Manager)

About the role

End to end planning, managing, and controlling of all maintenance activities of linen manufacturing in the defined standards of quality, time, and cost.

What you'll do

• KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Maintenance Planning & Budgeting
• Planning of all scheduled maintenance, preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with production team to diminish breakdown
• Annual and Monthly Maintenance budget planning and monitoring the actual status vs plan
• Work with local vendors to develop alternative parts for OEM spares KRA2 Maintenance Control
• Regular monitoring of hands engagement in effective manner to reduce the hands without compromising maintenance activities
