• Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area
• Achieving & exceeding Business goals
• Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development
• Meeting up with CAT A builders and getting their projects approved with BAFL
• Negotiation with the builders for getting business in a cost effective manner
