Area Manager - Credit Operations - Housing - Operations - Delhi - Swasthya Vihar - MM

About the role

This role will be responsible for managing Credit-Operations activities for retail mortgage loans including Home Loans, Home Equity, Affordable Housing Loans, and Digital Loans at a cluster level, covering multiple branches. Credit-Operations Manager will ensure 100% process adherence, quality checks in lines with credit policy, and compliance, acting as a bridge between Credit and Operations teams to ensure seamless loan processing.

What you'll do

• Supervise and manage the login of loan applications, ensuring all documents are in place as per policy guidelines including KYC
• Ensuring gating rejections in line with credit policy and close monitoring on login quality
• Ensuring timely initiation of internal reports and checks as mandated by credit policy
• Oversee the CAM (Credit Appraisal Memo) preparation ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission to credit approvers
• Conduct final review of loan files before disbursement, ensuring all documents are in place and compliant with internal and regulatory guidelines
