Area Manager -FA&I, Dairy

About the role

The ideal candidate will combine deep B2B sales expertise and a robust network of feed millers and large-scale commercial farms with the technical and marketing acumen required to lead product positioning, pricing, and brand equity in the region.

What you'll do

• Execute GTM strategy: Own and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the dairy business, including product positioning, pricing models
• Partner & Key Account Management Optimize distribution networks: Identify, appoint
• Support channel partners: Lead joint customer visits, provide technical/marketing enablement, and negotiate commercial terms within approved budget guidelines
• Market Intelligence & Brand Alignment Deliver market insights: Gather and analyze deep market intelligence, competitor activity
• Drive brand awareness: Partner with regional marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, advertisements, industry seminars, and trade events
