Driving gold loan business across all branches in coordination with branch team, Direct sales team and gold loan executives
Managing multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district
Plan and execute BTL activities in catchment area to create visibility
Monitor lead conversion from each activity
Monitor and review sales team productivity and take timely corrective actions
