What you'll do

• Driving gold loan business across all branches in coordination with branch team, Direct sales team and gold loan executives
• Managing multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district
• Plan and execute BTL activities in catchment area to create visibility
• Monitor lead conversion from each activity
• Monitor and review sales team productivity and take timely corrective actions
