What you'll do

• Supervise and manage a workforce of 100+ delivery riders and 30+ hub staff
• Build a motivated, high-performing team through structured training
• Drive engagement by maintaining open communication, resolving conflicts
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for riders and hub staff as per
• Conduct interviews, induction, and on-the-job training for new team members

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Performance management
• SOP writing
• Last-mile delivery
• Communication
• Any graduate
